What size should I order?

Please refer to our Size Guide to help you decide on which size to choose.

We recommend choosing the bigger size if you are in between sizes because you can always file them down to fit your natural nails!

How long will my Press-On Nails last?

Prep-Kit Sticky Tabs: up to 3 days with proper application and care

Prep-Kit Nail Glue: up to 2 weeks with proper application and care

Why do you not sell UV Glue/Tabs?

Due to the nature of Press-On Nails, many designs are not transparent enough for the UV light to penetrate, causing the UV Glue/Tabs to not fully cure. This can be dangerous due to potential skin irritation, allergic reactions, and nail damage.

Uncured gel can cause dermatitis which means any contact with gel (even if it's fully cured) in the future can cause severe irritation.

Skin Irritation and Allergic Reactions:

  • Contact Dermatitis: UV gel glue can cause contact dermatitis if it comes into prolonged contact with the skin or nails, particularly if it's not fully cured. 
  • Allergies: Some individuals may develop allergies to the ingredients in UV gel glue, leading to redness, itching, and other allergic reactions. 

Nail Damage:

  • Weakening and Brittleness: Incorrect application or removal of press-on nails with UV glue can lead to nail damage, including weakening and brittleness. 

Press-On Nails are meant for short-term wear with easy application and removal. Nails for long-term wear should be done safely and professionally in a nail salon, and NOT through using UV Glue/Tabs with Press-On Nails.

Can I reuse my Press-On Nails?

Our Press-On Nails are very much reusable! They can last you a really long time with proper care.

What to avoid:

  • Harsh Chemicals
  • Acetone-based Nail Polish Removers

Try to be gentle with your nails whenever you have Press-On Nails on. Avoid scratching or hitting them on surfaces.

Remove excess glue tabs on your press-on nails upon removal. If liquid nail glue was used, file off any glue residue with the included nail file or an electric nail drill. Place them back into the storage case provided and store them in a cool and dry area.

Order & Shipping Related

When will my order be shipped out?

All orders have a 2-5 working days processing time. If we have completed your order before our stated processing time, we will ship out your order. We will try our best to get your order delivered to you as soon possible!

Local Delivery (Singapore)

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled and ready to be dropped off.

Delivery is expected to be within 1-3 working days. Do note that processing time does not include delivery time. Delays may occur during peak periods and no deliveries will be made on public holidays.

There is a problem with my order, help!

The Terms and Conditions for your refund/replacement are as follows:

  • Refunds/replacements MUST be requested within 3 days after parcel is delivered.
  • Clear pictures/videos of defect MUST be provided.
  • Products must be UNUSED and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • NO refunds/replacements will be made if you do not like the product.
  • NO refunds/replacement will be made for orders shipped with a freight forwarder.
  • Refunds/replacements will ONLY be made for defective products, eg. chipping of design.
  • Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

Please email info@lolaland.com with the subject “Refund/Replace” with your name (used to place the order), order number, reason and clear photo/video of defect. We will respond to you accordingly and might ask for additional information if required.

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

Unfortunately, we do not do replacements due to wrong sizing. Do refer to our size guide to help you choose the right size before ordering!
